Refund and Returns Policy – Bismillah Sticker

At Bismillah Sticker, we strive to ensure that our motorcycle decal stickers, custom decals, and modification parts meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. On-the-Spot Inspection & Return Policy

To ensure complete transparency and satisfaction, we follow an Instant Return Policy upon delivery:

Customers must inspect and verify the product in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
If there is any issue with your order (damaged item, defective product, or wrong item delivered), it must be returned immediately to the delivery rider.
Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record a clear video while opening and checking the parcel in front of the delivery rider. This video is mandatory as proof to verify whether the defect/error occurred at our warehouse or during transit via the courier service.

Note: Once the delivery rider has left, no complaints, returns, or exchange requests will be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

For an instant return or exchange to be processed:

The item must be unused, unapplied (for stickers/decals), unmounted (for modification parts), and in its original packaging.
Clear video evidence showing the parcel being unboxed and inspected in front of the rider must be provided.
Custom decal stickers made to specific customer requests are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

If the error is ours: If we delivered the wrong item or if the product arrived damaged due to courier handling, Bismillah Sticker will cover 100% of the return/exchange shipping charges.
If the return is due to customer oversight: If the product matches the order details and is free of defects, shipping charges for any change-of-mind or incorrect ordering will be paid by the customer.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is verified against the unboxing video and received back at our warehouse.
Approved refunds will be issued via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket) or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
